Job summary

Keller Postman LLC is seeking a detail-oriented docketing professional to develop and maintain processes that ensure timely litigation filings and quality docket entries across a variety of matters. You will work closely with attorneys and the Litigation Support Team to support the firm’s docketing goals.

This full-time, remote role offers a base salary of $130,000 to $190,000, with potential for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of docketing experience at a law firm.
• Proven knowledge of federal CM/ECF and state e-filing systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the firm’s litigation docketing strategy.
• Evaluate and assess the current docketing software.
• Identify process improvements and implement new practices.
• Provide e-filing assistance to the Litigation Support Team as needed.
• Maintain awareness of trends and new technologies in the field.
• Interpret state and federal court rules in jurisdictions practiced.
