Job summary

Keller Postman LLC seeks an experienced Docketing Specialist to develop, maintain, and implement processes supporting our firm’s docketing goals. The role works with attorneys and the Litigation Support Team to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.

This full-time, remote position offers an annual base salary of $130,000 to $190,000, with eligibility for a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of litigation docketing experience at a law firm.
• Deep knowledge of federal CM/ECF system.
• Experience with Illinois and California e-filing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the firm’s litigation docketing strategy.
• Evaluate and assess docketing software and processes.
• Identify improvements and implement new practices.
• Provide e-filing assistance to the Litigation Support Team.
• Track trends and maintain awareness of developments in the field.
• Handle date calculations and jurisdictional rules.
• Maintain PACER and CM/ECF login credentials.
• Oversee docket audits and quality control of entries.
