Job summary

Big Cedar Lodge is seeking a skilled cook to prepare and portion foods for the resort's food and beverage outlets. You will handle knives safely, operate kitchen equipment, and assist in leading the kitchen in the Sous Chef's absence.

The role includes training new cooks and maintaining cleanliness across kitchen operations, with responsibilities extending to all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate Degree in culinary field or related program certificate preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• 2–4 years related experience or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion foods for resort outlets.
• Maintain safe knife handling and operate kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist in leading kitchen in absence of Sous Chef.
• Train new cooks and support cleanliness of the Kitchen.
