White Lodging is seeking a Lead Line Cook to join its culinary team in a fast-paced hotel kitchen. The role serves as a Sous Chef in training, overseeing all back-of-house operations in the Sous Chef’s absence and guiding daily food preparation and production.

• Experience as senior/lead line cook or in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to mentor junior kitchen staff and manage daily production.
• Familiarity with health department regulations and food safety guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BOH operations in the absence of the Sous Chef.
• Mentor Line Cooks, apprentices, and stewards in daily prep.
• Ensure adherence to recipes, portion controls, and quality standards.
• Monitor food and labor costs to meet targets.
• Maintain ingredient freshness and recipe standards across the team.
• Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining high food quality and service.
• Uphold professional kitchen standards and teamwork.
