Ideal candidates are senior line cooks with strong culinary skills, experience leading teams, and a drive to advance to culinary management within a top hospitality company across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Solid kitchen leadership capabilities
• Experience mentoring kitchen staff
• Understands health and safety standards
• Proficient in standard cooking techniques

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations in absence of Sous Chef
• Mentor line cooks, apprentices, and stewards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and recipe standards
• Monitor food and labor cost targets
• Maintain ingredient freshness and portion control
• Support guest feedback initiatives and food quality
