Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. is seeking a Lead Line Cook who will accelerate into a Sous Chef role in a dynamic hotel kitchen. You will lead back-of-house operations, coach junior cooks, and ensure consistency across multiple outlets.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume cooking, strong food-safety knowledge, and a readiness to advance through hands-on leadership development within a leading hospitality company.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen staff with measurable impact.
• Ability to maintain high output in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
• Experience across multiple outlets is ideal.
• Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred but not required.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations in absence of the Sous Chef.
• Coach Entry Level Cooks and Line Cooks to meet daily output and quality goals.
• Ensure recipe accuracy and consistent portioning across stations.
• Uphold F&B standards and health department requirements.
• Monitor inventory and labor costs to support financial targets.
• Collaborate with outlets to ensure guest satisfaction and quality.
