White Lodging seeks a Sous Chef in training at JW Marriott Indianapolis. You will learn and perform full duties in the absence of the Sous Chef, mentoring entry and senior cooks and apprentices. Follow F&B procedures, maintain cost standards, and ensure food quality and portion control.
