Job summary

RRD is seeking a Production & Manufacturing Associate in Michigan to operate and set up printing/binding machinery, lead a small crew, and ensure materials are staged for efficient production. The role includes training teammates and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading materials, performing setups, troubleshooting jams, recording machine data in Excel, and ensuring quality across outputs while supporting audits and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
• 1-3 years related experience (Preferred)
• Basic computer experience

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into machine; perform Material Handler duties as required.
• Perform and validate proper machine component setup.
• Apply troubleshooting skills for jams and calibrations to ensure safety and maintenance procedures.
• Manage machine performance using a computer interface and MS Excel; collect data and take corrective action.
• Perform quality checks on finished products and support audits; report data to Production Lead/Supervisor.
• Housekeeping, safety, and other duties as assigned.
• Train and support new and existing team members.
