Job summary

RR Donnelley & Sons is hiring a Production Technician I Feeder/Strapper for the 1st shift (6:30am-5:00pm) in Dallas, TX. You will lead a crew, operate and set up multiple machines, and ensure materials are staged correctly to meet production goals.

You will perform quality checks, troubleshoot equipment, and document performance data. The role requires basic computer skills and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).
• 1-3 years related experience (Preferred).
• Basic computer experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material into machine and perform PT1 Strapper/Feeder duties.
• Set up machine components and calibrate for safety and quality.
• Troubleshoot and make minor non‑mechanical adjustments (jams, calibration).
• Record machine performance and enter data into MS Excel.
• Run quality checks on finished products and support audits.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety duties; work overtime if required.
