WealthBridge Financial Group in Morristown, NJ seeks a Managing Director who can both produce and build, leading a team of Financial Professionals while maintaining personal production in life insurance and annuities. You will deliver holistic financial strategies through a consultative approach and collaborate with internal specialists.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services.
• Strong production background in life insurance and/or annuities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a business.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (min 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business.
• Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach.
• Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.).
• Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service.
