You will recruit, mentor, and scale advisors while maintaining personal production in life insurance and annuities, delivering holistic strategies to clients with a consultative approach.

The role emphasizes leadership, growth, and a culture focused on integrity and client-first service, with advanced planning resources and collaborative support.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services.
• Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business.
• Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach.
• Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.).
• Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service.
