Job summary

WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a Managing Director to build and lead a high-performing financial professional team in Atlantic City, NJ. You will recruit, train, and develop advisors while maintaining personal production across life insurance and annuities.

This leadership role focuses on growing a practice within a supportive environment, delivering holistic strategies and partnering with internal and external professionals to drive long-term client success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and recruiting experience in financial services.
• Strong production background (life insurance and/or annuities required).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build and scale a business.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• High level of professionalism, drive, and accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Actively recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business.
• Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients using a consultative approach.
• Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.).
• Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service.
• Recruit a minimum of 8 new Financial Professionals annually.
• Maintain consistent personal production to remain in good standing.
• Actively mentor and grow your team's performance and retention.
