Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in financial services.
• Ability to recruit and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong production background in life insurance and/or annuities is preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to build and scale a business.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching, mentorship, and accountability.
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business.
• Deliver holistic financial strategies with a consultative approach.
