WealthBridge Financial Group in New York seeks a Managing Director who will build and lead a high-performing advisory practice while continuing personal production in life insurance and annuities. The role requires proven leadership, recruitment, and a track record of growing a client-focused business.

You will recruit, mentor, and develop advisors, collaborating with CPAs and attorneys to deliver holistic financial strategies in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in financial services.
• Strong production background in life insurance and/or annuities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to build and scale a business.
• Ability to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• High level of professionalism and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead your own team of Financial Professionals.
• Recruit, train, and develop new advisors (minimum 8 hires per year).
• Drive performance through coaching and mentorship.
• Maintain personal production across life insurance and annuity business.
• Deliver holistic financial strategies to clients with a consultative approach.
• Partner with internal specialists and external professionals (CPAs, attorneys, etc.).
• Create a culture of growth, professionalism, and client-first service.
