Job summary

Ibis Healthcare is seeking a Team Lead Licensed Therapist to oversee the daily operations of the adult forensic GFIT program. You will supervise direct service staff and provide training and consultation, reporting to the Director of Adult Forensic Services & Court Services.

Qualified candidates hold a Florida license (LCSW/MFT/MHC) with court presentation experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-demand, high-patient-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with at least one year of full-time work experience with individuals with serious mental illnesses (preferred).
• Valid Florida license as Clinical Social Worker, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Mental Health Counselor with court/public presentation experience.
• Current Florida driver's license, vehicle insurance, and transportation for court appearances.
• Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel) and ability to learn other software; strong verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to lead with compassion and manage multiple tasks and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision of assigned program staff and ensure training compliance.
• Direct daily operations, manage schedules, overtime, and HR compliance.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external programs/agencies.
• Attend agency meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Interview/hire prospective staff and orient them to the program.
• Assume supervisory duties in the supervisor's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
