Job summary

Mental Health Resource Center, Inc. seeks a Team Leader for the Multidisciplinary Forensic Team (MFT) to oversee clinical and administrative operations in its Jacksonville, FL program.

The role directs admission, treatment, and recovery services for individuals with severe mental illness, coordinating with psychiatrists, attorneys, and court staff to promote alternatives to incarceration. You will supervise a multidisciplinary staff, ensure compliance with budget and policy, provide supervision,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, psychiatric rehabilitation, or related field.
• RN: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• 3+ years of experience with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
• 1 year supervisory experience is required.
• Valid Florida License as LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW required.
• Must meet MHRC vehicle driving and insurance requirements, including valid Florida Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the MFT admission process and treatment, rehabilitation and support services with the Psychiatrist/ARNP.
• Assigns ITT and primary case manager.
• Directs and coordinates recovery plans and psychosocial assessments.
• Provides clinical supervision in the development of recovery plans.
• Participates in 24-hour on-call coverage and crisis intervention.
• Attends court hearings as needed and coordinates with court personnel.
