Job summary

Ibis Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Therapist in Florida to evaluate and treat mental health and substance use issues. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy under the direction of the Program Supervisor in the Adult Outpatient facility.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in a related field and active Florida licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT). Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency are essential. Bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s Degree in Human Services or related discipline.
• Must hold one of the following active Florida licenses: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in EMR and MS Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create service and discharge plans.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults, children, and families.
• Document clinical and administrative services per guidelines and standards.
• Meet productivity requirements for the program.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, informing supervisor as needed.
• Understand Co-Occurring disorders and connections between mental health and substance use.
• Tailor care to clients across ages and settings (outpatient, inpatient, community).

Skills
