Job summary

LifeView Group seeks a licensed Master’s‑prepared clinician to serve as lead in direct care. The role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and delivering client-centered mental health and substance use services to adults and/or adolescents in a compliant, high‑quality program in Florida.

The position requires a Florida LCSW/LMHC/LMFT license, at least two years of relevant experience, and the ability to mentor staff. Compensation includes a $1,000 sign‑on bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a human services field and relevant licensure in Florida.
• Valid Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT is required.
• Minimum two years’ experience with adolescents or adults with mental health or co-occurring disorders.
• Internship or supervised experience can substitute for post-graduate experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead clinician in direct care and mentorship to direct care staff.
• Provide assessment, treatment planning, direct services and risk/safety management.
• Ensure services are documented in compliance with laws, regulations and standards.

Overview:

Primary duty is the performance of work requiring advanced knowledge (Master’s Degree,License/Certification, and at least two years of experience) in the field of Human Services, and to use such advanced knowledge to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment in providing the highest quality client-centered therapeutic services. Must also use such advanced knowledge to serve as a consultant and mentor to Bachelor’s Level Direct Care employees and Behavioral Technicians, among other staff. This position is entrusted with a high level of responsibility and insight in treating clients and ensuring services are provided and documented in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in addition to LCI and division standards. Based on the knowledge and degree required, this position will serve as a lead position in the provision of direct care.

Therapeutic services include but are not limited to, assessment, treatment planning, direct service provision, person centered services and management of client risk and safety.

Role Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, rehabilitation, or a related human services field (a related human services field is one in which major course work includes the study of human behavior and development)
• Valid Florida license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT
• At least two (2) years’ experience working with adolescents and/or adults who have mental health, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders or developmental disabilities.
• OR: Completion of a masters’ program internship at Lakeview Center, Inc. associated with an accredited counseling program can be substituted for the two (2) years of post graduate experience.
• Must be able to provide individualized, integrated mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring services to meet the needs of individuals served and their families.
• Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license from the state in which you reside, a good driving record and be insurable under the corporate policy.

Compensation:

Salary Range is between $56,672 to $62,816 per year with an additional supplemental pay (up to 10% of base pay) for Co-Responder Team Members.
