Job summary

AllHealth Network seeks a licensed or license-eligible therapist to support the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) program within the Intensive Outpatient Services (IOS) division in Denver County. You will work with justice-involved individuals, delivering trauma-informed therapy and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and reduce recidivism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling/psychology/social work required.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LAC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) required or preferred.
• Minimum of two years postgraduate clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use, and/or criminal justice settings.
• Knowledge of DSM-5, recovery-oriented care, and trauma-informed treatment principles.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and PC-based software (Word/Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication, clinical judgment, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Address criminogenic risk and needs within the treatment plan to reduce recidivism.
• Provide therapeutic interventions and documentation to meet regulatory standards.
• Serve clients with serious mental illness involved in the justice system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR in a timely manner.
• Utilize evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and motivational interviewing.
• Demonstrate de-escalation techniques and crisis management as needed.
• Complete assessments, care plans, evaluations, crisis interventions, and psychotherapy.
