Job summary

Kitsap Mental Health Services is seeking a Forensic Program Lead to support FHARPS and FPATH teams in outpatient and community settings. You will coordinate care, provide direct services, and contribute to case management with a small, diverse caseload.

Collaborate with clinicians, leadership, and community partners to improve outcomes, while coordinating outreach and program development within the forensic programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social sciences, or related behavioral health field.
• Two years of Trueblood Program experience required.
• Must meet agency driving requirements and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate team meetings to review client progress and share updates.
• Support scheduling, training, and problem-solving in client care.
• Coach team members on engagement strategies and interventions.
• Provide care coordination and direct services (individual, group, family counseling).
• Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with families and partners.
