AllHealth Network is seeking a qualified licensed Forensic Therapist to join our FACT team, providing individual therapy in person or via telehealth. You will focus on mental health outcomes, reduce recidivism, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements include a master’s degree and licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT). The role involves evidence-based interventions, documentation, and potential case management activities within a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Licensure requirements: LPC, LCSW, LMFT as applicable.
• Experience in behavioral health, substance abuse, or criminal justice settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy in person or via telehealth to improve mental health outcomes.
• Address criminogenic risks and needs within treatment planning.
• Complete assessments and coordinate care with team and community resources.
• Deliver interventions and maintain documentation to meet regulatory standards.
• Participate in specialty court meetings and collaborate with partners.
