Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Senior Manager, Leaves and Accommodations, to oversee the centralized leave and accommodation COE and serve as the subject matter expert on leave management and related laws. This remote leadership role will collaborate with Benefits, Payroll, HR, Legal, and Risk to drive compliant programs.

You will lead a team, develop policies, monitor performance, and provide guidance to senior leaders while navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Lead a center of excellence for leave and accommodations.
• Experience managing FMLA, ADA, PWFA and state/local leave laws.
• Strong leadership of a COE team.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local leave laws.

Responsibilities

• Own scalable policies and operational frameworks for leave and accommodation programs.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of leave practitioners.
• Set performance expectations and SLAs for the COE.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement enhancements.
• Advise senior leaders on complex, confidential employee matters.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR, Legal, Risk.
• Develop educational resources on leave protocols and compliance.
• Use data to monitor trends and mitigate risk.
