Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Director, Leave and Accommodation for remote work. You will oversee leave and accommodation programs, supervise specialists, and guide complex cases across the organization, coordinating with HR, Legal, Benefits, and Payroll.

You will develop policies, monitor compliance, and ensure timely communications while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive medical information. The role demands strategic thinking and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; substantial relevant experience.
• Five+ years of HR experience with leave administration and accommodations.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws and pregnancy accommodations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle sensitive information.
• Experience leading a team of specialists.

Mansioni

• Lead day-to-day administration of leave and accommodation programs.
• Supervise Leave & Accommodations Specialists and coach team members.
• Manage high-risk or complex cases involving extended or intermittent leave.
• Guide ADA interactive process and coordinate effective accommodations.
• Oversee eligibility, certifications, and return-to-work requirements.
• Develop and maintain reporting on caseload, trends, and compliance.
