Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Eight years' experience in Human Resources in a benefits, leave management or generalist related position, with a minimum five years’ experience in interactive process administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave and disability laws, specifically ADAAA, FEHA, PWFA, FMLA, CFRA, CA PDL, NJFLA; experience with CA leaves and accommodations is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day leave and accommodation programs nationwide, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide support services such as case management, escalation support, data analytics, training, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with executives, facility HR, payroll, benefits, and technology partners to drive standard program updates and escalation handling.
