Job summary

Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking a Leave & Accommodation Senior Specialist to lead FMLA and ADA compliance programs. You will administer employee leaves, manage accommodations, and support health benefits for a workforce of 800+.

With a focus on compliance and compassionate support, you will play a critical role in balancing technical requirements with the needs of employees. Applicants should have at least 6 years of relevant experience and a BA in Human Resource Management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ years of deep experience in benefits and leave administration, including FMLA, PFML, ADA, and Workers’ Comp.
• Technology focused and driven, with a knack for troubleshooting data feeds.
• Demonstrates cultural competency and works effectively in multi-cultural situations.

Responsibilities

• Administer federal, state, and company leave programs.
• Lead the interactive process under ADA for workplace accommodations.
• Support administration of health and welfare benefits.

Skills

Experience in benefits and leave administration

Knowledge of FMLA and ADA

HRIS database proficiency (ADP preferred)
