Job summary

Diamondback Energy, Inc. is seeking a Leave Specialist in Midland, TX to administer all leave programs across the organization, including FMLA, ADA, personal, medical, and military leaves.

You will coordinate with managers, coordinate accommodations, and manage the entire lifecycle from intake to return to work. The role requires 3–5 years of leave administration experience, strong knowledge of federal/state leave laws, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience administering FMLA, ADA, or similar leave programs.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state leave laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, workers' compensation, state statutes).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Administer all leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, personal, medical, parental, military, and state leaves.
• Manage the ADA interactive process and coordinate accommodations with managers.
• Facilitate return-to-work processes with fitness-for-duty and accommodations.
• Monitor work restrictions and follow-up dates to ensure proper clearance.
• Educate managers on leave processes, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Maintain compliant leave documentation and timely notices.
