Job summary

Community Teamwork Inc. in Lowell, MA is hiring a Housing Representative – Program Representative to support leased housing participants and owners with eligibility and program requirements.

You will maintain client caseload and ensure documentation compliance while delivering professional, knowledgeable service to the community. The role emphasizes accurate information, timely processing, and adherence to regulations, with travel to the Salem extension office up to 2 days per month and a

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent Education.
• Familiarity with computers and data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage on-going projects concurrently.
• Proficiency in math, Microsoft Office or similar technology.
• Sensitivity to the needs of diverse, low income populations.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and negotiation skills.
• Effective customer service, interpersonal and communications skills both verbal and written.
• Must be willing to travel to and work out of our Salem, MA extension office up to 2 days per month.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by telephone, email or in person to provide information about services available or to handle any concerns.
• Screen client inquiries for eligibility.
• Manage changes for re-certifications/lease-ups, income adjustments, address changes, moves/transfers/inspections.
• Maintain client caseload and documentation in compliance with program regulations.
• Explain program requirements, regulations and procedures to applicants, participants and owners.
