Director, this role leads a team responsible for day-to-day platform operations and scalable, data-informed learning experiences that impact business results. The role partners across Field Talent, Digital Product, and the Field Function organization to deliver impactful solutions and governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in learning and development with proven tech leveraging to drive business results.
• Bachelor’s degree in learning technology, instructional design, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading learning technology teams.
• Expertise with learning technology ecosystems: LMS, LXPs, virtual classrooms, data/reporting; Docebo and Zoom preferred.
• Strong platform operations skills: configuration, security, integrations, and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform operations including configuration, administration, reporting, and learner support.
• Act as the learning business lead for field-facing platform implementation and operations.
• Execute the learning technology roadmap with Field Talent, Digital Product, and Field Function teams.
• Apply AI-enabled capabilities to enhance learner/leader experiences and efficiency.
• Maintain governance, compliance, and reporting controls for platforms and processes.
• Collaborate with Field Function, Digital Product, and vendors on enhancements and change management.
• Continuously assess and improve the learning platform operating model and partner enablement.
