Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Masters degree preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Experience in workforce planning, change management, organizational design, talent management, and strategic/operational planning.

Responsibilities

• Align priorities for the ELT member and function and oversee strategic HR work.
• Lead large-scale organizational transformation initiatives with minimal disruption and strong employee engagement.
• Provide strategic consultation on people-related business needs to executives and HR leadership.
