Johnson & Johnson in New Brunswick, NJ and Orlando, FL seeks a Leader, Program Execution - Learn to oversee planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of leadership learning programs. You will work with Talent Directors, HR partners, vendors, and facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences with strong stakeholder satisfaction.

The role emphasizes program management, continuous improvement, and AI-enabled productivity within the Learn ecosystem.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience: 8+ years in program or project management, learning and development, or related HR fields.
Experience coordinating program execution, timelines, risks, and cross-functional delivery partners.
Experience leveraging AI to enhance personal productivity or department performance.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Consultation & Intake: act as the day-to-day contact and translate needs into delivery requirements.
Program Management & Delivery: oversee leadership development, team effectiveness, and learning initiatives.
Program Resource Coordination: direct vendors, coordinators, and delivery partners.
Leadership Portfolio Support: coordinate enrollment, scheduling, governance, and communications.
Team Effectiveness Portfolio Support: manage intake, scheduling, data, and adoption of tools.
Vendor & Partner Management: manage SOIs, PO inputs, and service quality.
Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement: track metrics, report, and implement process improvements.
