• Experience shaping enterprise strategy and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learn's Business Insights Strategy and translate priorities into learning requirements.
• Synthesize global strategy to shape Learn's capability agenda.
• Identify emerging business needs and capability gaps.
• Own learning outcomes, measurement, and impact, with defined success metrics.
• Provide executive insights and decision support to inform portfolio investments.
