Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Education, Learning & Development, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant professional experience in learning, field medical, commercial field teams, or related pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Neuroscience experience and people leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the Neuroscience learning portfolio strategy and roadmap.
• Monitor portfolio performance and learner feedback.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
• Collaborate with business partnerships, LEO and vendor partners.
