Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Head, Practice Area Programming - AI/GenAI and Enterprise Capabilities for the JJ Learn organization located in New Brunswick, NJ. The position requires leading a small team, partnering with HR, Digital & Technology, Legal/Privacy/Security, and senior leaders to define learning outcomes,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years progressive experience including 5+ years as a people leader.
• Deep expertise launching AI/GenAI initiatives at scale with measurable business impact.
• Fluency in AI and GenAI concepts and implications for work and executives.
• Executive presence and influence to align senior stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Financial and operational stewardship: budgets, vendors, portfolios with measurement.
• Data-driven approach to capability building and interpreting learning data.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise capability roadmap for AI and critical future skills.
• Set enterprise-wide capability strategies and outcomes for AI Literacy and AI Fluency.
• Own the measurement strategy with metrics and experiments to show business impact.
• Design and deliver scalable, end-to-end learning journeys across practice areas.
• Oversee responsible AI governance in partnership with Legal, Compliance and Security.
• Activate enterprise adoption through AI Accelerators and other mechanisms.
• Lead a high-performing team and manage budget and vendor strategy.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders and external ecosystem.
