Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning design and development.
• At least 3 years of experience with Articulate Storyline.
• At least 2 years of experience integrating learning into a modern LMS.

Responsibilities

• Set the Standard: Bring high-tech solutions and cutting-edge methodology to learning design.
• Innovative with AI: Integrate AI into learning experiences to increase impact.
• Hands-on Creation: Write video scripts, map courses, build simulations, create digital games.
• Fix the Classroom: Turn live/virtual classes into workshops with hands-on practice and feedback.
• Build for the Flow of Work: Create 1–5 minute lessons for Slack, Google Suite, Cruiser.
• Prove It Works: Use data to show learning outcomes beyond attendance.
• Be the Expert: Collaborate with SMEs to turn business needs into effective training.
