Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning design and development.
• At least 3 years of experience with Articulate Storyline.
• At least 2 years of experience integrating learning into a modern LMS.

Responsibilities

• Set the Standard: Bring high-tech solutions and cutting-edge methodology to learning design.
• Innovative with AI: Integrate AI to increase impact of learning experiences.
• Hands-on Creation: Write scripts, map courses, build simulations, and create digital games.
• Fix the Classroom: Turn live/virtual classes into workshops with active practice and feedback.
• Build for the Flow of Work: Create short, just-in-time lessons in Slack, Google Suite, and Cruiser.
• Prove It Works: Use data beyond completion rates to show real learning impact.
• Be the Expert: Collaborate with SMEs to turn business needs into effective training.
