Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience in learning design and development.
• 3+ years of experience with Articulate Storyline.
• 2+ years of experience integrating learning into a modern LMS.

Responsibilities

• Set the Standard: Bring high-tech solutions and cutting-edge methodology to learning design.
• Innovative with AI: Integrate AI to increase impact of each learning experience.
• Hands-on Creation: Write video scripts, map courses, build simulations, and create digital games.
• Fix the Classroom: Transform live and virtual classes into workshops with practice and feedback.
• Build for the Flow of Work: Create short 1–5 minute lessons for Slack, Google Suite, and Cruiser.
• Prove It Works: Use data to show that learning changes how professionals work and achieve goals.
• Be the Expert: Collaborate with learning consultants and SMEs to choose the best delivery method.
