Health Care Service Corporation is seeking an instructional design professional to drive curricula initiatives, including design strategy, needs analysis, and development of instructor-led, web-based, and blended learning solutions.

Collaboration with departmental and business resources to understand business performance gaps and learning needs. Accountable for managing overall curricula project initiatives, including the creation of design strategy, detailed needs analysis, and designing and developing relevant adult learning solutions for the business. The scope includes instructional design and development for instructor‑led, web‑based, and blended solutions. Responsible for the coordination of communication plans, curriculum maintenance plans and project management activities, establishing curricula readiness, and the evaluation of learning and business outcomes.
Base Pay Range $61,500.00 - $136,100.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office: 2 days remote.
