Job summary

Godshall & Godshall Personnel Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Leader to drive lean initiatives and value stream mapping across multiple sites. The role requires leadership in continuous improvement programs and experience with Toyota Production System principles.

The successful candidate will mentor teams, partner with operations leaders, and identify automation opportunities to improve quality, productivity, and profitability while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• 7+ years in continuous improvement, with some leadership experience.
• Experience with Toyota Production System principles.
• Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
• Ability to travel to other locations to support continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead value stream mapping initiatives identifying future-state opportunities.
• Drive lean improvements through process reviews and standardization efforts.
• Mentor associates on lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Partner with operations leaders to execute strategic improvement plans.
• Identify automation opportunities enhancing quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop business cases supporting long-term automation roadmaps.
• Track and report improvements across safety, quality, schedule, and cost.
• Promote continuous improvement culture through cross-functional collaboration.
