Job summary

CapstoneONE Search represents a Fortune 500 manufacturing organization seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to direct Lean Manufacturing and CI strategy, driving margin through KPI sustainment and waste elimination.

You will lead the CI group onsite with maintenance and operations, facilitate 6S and Kaizen events, train teams, and champion change across production to improve yield and process performance.

Relocation assistance may be available for highly qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred/degree required.
• Candidate should possess at least 4 years of CI/Lean manufacturing experience within high speed manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite efforts on Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Act as a resource for continuous improvement techniques such as Kaizen and Lean.
• Lead the activities of the CI group including interaction with maintenance and Operations to drive site-wide improvements.
• Facilitate CI events to drive 6S, improve waste elimination and yield.
• Drive engagement with production personnel to participate in improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to effect change in a manufacturing environment and communicate improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and deliver continuous improvement training.

We are representing a FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization who is actively seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader that will be responsible for Lean Manufacturing and CI strategy while executing deployment driving margin through sustainment of plant KPI's/deliverables and waste elimination.

Position Overview:

• Candidate will lead the onsite efforts on Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
• Act as a resource to the organization for the use of continuous improvement techniques such as the Hochin, Kaizen and various Lean Manufacturing techniques and other improvement methods.
• Lead the activities of the CI group including their interaction with maintenance function, Operations to drive site wide improvements.
• Facilitate special CI events activities to drive 6S, plant improvement performance in capitalizing on removing waste and improvement of yield, and production processes.
• Drives engagement with production personnel to participate suggest improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to effect change in a manufacturing environment and ensure improvement activity is being communicated, understood, and supported within the organization.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate groups and deliver continuous improvement training.
