Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Lead Continuous Improvement Engineer (Controls & DCS) to capture and continuously improve engineering execution processes across HDNU Controls Projects teams. You will validate documentation, coordinate governance across CLM and Confluence, and lead Lean initiatives that reduce cycle time and improve delivery quality.

You will also support onboarding with standardized job aids and checklists, and drive PI planning and retrospectives for agile project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of experience in controls engineering, systems engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Hybrid work format available (2 days on, 3 days off) for U.S GEV hubs (Schenectady, NY).

Responsibilities

• Validate process documentation for accuracy and applicability.
• Coordinate with CLM admins and Confluence page owners to maintain governance.
• Present process improvement plans and outcomes to leaders.
• Support onboarding of new engineers with job aids and checklists.
• Lead or support Lean planning and daily management activities.
