Job summary

Resonetics Hutchinson is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead for the 1st shift (Mon-Thu, 6:00 am–4:30 pm). The role supports the Production Supervisor, serves as a technical lead for first-level issues, and drives quality, safety, and throughput within a defined workstation team.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a background in laser operations within a production setting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel supports daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Prepare documents, production sheets, and reports for customers.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and share information with the workstation team.
Motivate and assign tasks within the team based on capability.
Communicate downtime and issues to minimize impact on production.
Demonstrate tasks to workers and ensure adherence to procedures and safety.
Ensure quality and throughput goals are met and align with targets.
Maintain supplies and ensure daily production sheets are accurate.
Coordinate shipment preparation of finished goods to customers.
