Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years of production experience.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare documents, production sheets and related reports as required by the contracting customer.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and share information with workstation teammates.
• Motivate workers, assign tasks based on capabilities, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Communicate issues proactively to minimize downtime where possible.
• Demonstrate duties to workers and ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
• Support quality and throughput goals by guiding the team and maintaining focus.
