Job summary

Resonetics in Hutchinson, MN is seeking a Production Technician for the 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 5:45am–4:15pm). The role supports the Production group in setup and operation of equipment in a process development or limited production environment.

Responsibilities include setup of repeat work, training other employees, documenting process conditions and results, and potentially serving as Laser Operator during workload peaks. Strong math, blueprints, and G-code capabilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of relevant experience operating complex test or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes.
• Strong math skills and ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate various pieces of industrial machinery to set up production level laser machining jobs.
• Train other employees on processing conditions and requirements.
• Document process conditions and results; generate documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as needed.
