Job summary

Resonetics in Hudson, Wisconsin is seeking a Production Technician for our Weekend Days shift (Fri 10am-10pm, Sat-Sun 8am-8pm) to support setup and operation of laser systems in a production environment.

You will train others, perform preventive maintenance, document process conditions, and occasionally serve as Laser Operator. Strong mechanical, mathematical, and blueprint-reading skills are required, with 5 years of laser equipment experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience in operation and setup of optic or laser equipment.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Operate optical and laser equipment to prescribed conditions.
• Set up production level laser machining jobs and verify results.
• Train other employees on processing conditions and requirements.
• Document process conditions, investigations, and maintenance needs.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for production issues.
