Job summary

Resonetics Hutchinson is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead on 1st shift (M-Th 6:00 am–4:30 pm) to support the Production Supervisor and lead a laser operator workstation. You will coordinate tasks, ensure procedures and quality checks, train teammates, and address first‑level problems to keep production moving.

Responsibilities include preparing production documents, driving continuous improvement, maintaining safety and accuracy, and communicating progress to the team and supervisor.

Qualifications

• 3 years of production experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and basic math skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, production sheets and reports for contracting customers.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and share information with workstation members.
• Motivate and assign tasks to team members based on capabilities; monitor quality and throughput.
• Communicate issues proactively to minimize downtime and ensure safety and procedures compliance.
• Record production data and ensure timely, accurate reporting to customers.
