Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Laser Machining Operator in Hutchinson, MN to operate a computer-based laser work center and process components with minimal instruction. You will work in a team, possibly leading junior staff, and contribute to a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and 3+ years in a manufacturing setting with CAD/CAM or similar equipment. Monday- Thursday shift patterns are available, with emphasis on safety and process

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with computer-aided machinery preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed technical processes and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity laser processing tasks per customer specifications.
• Verify system and equipment status before operation; adjust settings within guidelines.
• Inspect components to ensure specifications are met.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Maintain required production documentation accurately.
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage when requested.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Follow supervisor instructions and Resonetics safety policies.
