Job summary

Resonetics in Connecticut is seeking a hands-on Production Team Lead for the 1st shift to support the Production Supervisor and operate as a skilled laser operator within a defined workstation team.

You will drive readiness, ensure procedure compliance, lead team members, train staff, and help meet quality and throughput targets in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in production.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical equations.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or its equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents, production sheets and related reports as required.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and share information with the workstation team.
• Motivate team members and assign tasks based on capabilities.
• Communicate issues proactively to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety regulations.
• Lead the team to meet quality and throughput goals.
• Transmit objectives, expectations and results to team members.
• Provide materials and supplies to complete tasks.
• Record production data and ensure timely, accurate reports.
