Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Landscape Leadsman to oversee a small crew while performing landscape and irrigation installation and maintenance tasks. You will lead safety efforts, supervise 2–4 crew members, and coordinate on-site activities such as planting, sod installation, and sprinkler setup.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of landscape experience, knowledge of OSHA standards, and is able to work in challenging conditions, including heat and traffic near

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years landscape experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards.
• 6 months commercial landscape experience preferred.
• Able to lead and direct a crew of 2 to 4 people.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and equipment for landscaping tasks (sod, planting, sprinkler setup).
• Ensure weekly tailgate safety meetings.
• Enforce safety standards and identify hazards.
• Maintain safety compliance and report incidents.
• Help complete projects on time with quality and safety.
