Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Landscape Leadsman to perform and direct landscape and irrigation tasks while overseeing crew safety and compliance. Responsibilities include planting, sod installation, sprinkler setup, and supervising a crew of 2–4 people.

The role requires OSHA knowledge and a commitment to safety, with bilingual Spanish a plus. The position entails physical work outdoors, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ landscape experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA Standards.
• Ability to lead a crew of 2 to 4 people.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools to perform landscaping and irrigation tasks.
• Oversee crew safety and compliance on site.
• Attend and enforce weekly tailgate safety meetings.
• Identify potential hazards and review safety gear and procedures.
• Maintain hazardous communication folders and report accidents per policy.
• Support project completion with quality and safety standards.
