Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, leading a 2–5 person crew to ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s standards. You’ll supervise maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color work, delivering high-quality service and client satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, a landscape background, and a valid driver license. You will work with the Operations Manager to manage daily site activities and maintain

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a small crew in landscaping.
• Experience in landscape-related field is required.
• Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew.
• Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure safety policies are followed on every job site.
• Train and develop crew members.
• Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
